Samsung UN55B8500 55-Inch 1080p 240 Hz LED HDTV - Super HDTV Review

Blacks are dark in 8500 to near the level of blacks in the best TV. In the darkroom, I can not tell the TV screen over and he ran because the screen is so dark. The first tool that does not load quickly. I do not know why, but the line to the Internet directly to TV does not load quickly. I have no idea why they are slooow. Slow enough to be intoxicated and not used much. It's strange because when I go to tools, tube and more rapid and smooth video playback. Hope that Samsung will have a software update tool to load faster. Right now I would say they are just novelty. If you can reduce time and increase the burden is more like Facebook, I think it has potential. But people do not buy this TV because the image is purchased.
Overall I think this is good TV. It's expensive, yes. Is the best picture of all LCDs, yes. If you have money it is much TV. I use the Harmony One remote and works perfectly with this program. PS3 games and blu-ray's perfect. Quibble I have a TV, mirror screen and a set of more room than my own TV. If I see football, HD, gaming PS3, blu-ray movie or visit the office, I am amazed by this program can provide images.

What is an ideal purchase-->Samsung LED or Samsung 7series LCD?
am planing to purchase a flat TV.I am firm on purchasing a Samsung product.I want suggestion(with proper justification)regarding samsung UA46B6000VR LED and 46B750 LCD.both are in my budget range.Which TV should i opt for?

2.is LED technology going to take over the LCD technology in future?
LEDs are an evolution of LCD technology, as LEDs in televisions refer to the LCD's backlight. Whereas conventional LCD televisions use CCFL (Cold-Cathode Fluorescent Light), newer technology has been developed to create a more efficient, better quality backlight. However, there are two types of LED backlights: Back-lit LEDs and Edge-lit LEDs.
Edge-lit LEDs have the advantage of allowing a thinner monitor, as the bulbs are arranged on the sides and the light emitted is spread across the whole monitor. This allows for deeper black levels that conventional LCDs don't have (e.g. the 46B750). Unfortunately, Edge-lit LED LCD televisions can suffer from cloudiness and worse viewing angles than normal LCDs, which is why back-lit LEDs are preferred. However, at the moment, Samsung is only manufacturing Edge-lit LEDs (unless the 9000 series is back-lit).
The biggest advantage of back-lit LED LCD TVs (such as the Samsung A950, LG LH90 and the Sony XBR8) is the ability to locally dim, meaning that the LEDs at certain sections of the television can be dimmed or turned off, corresponding to the image shown (if there was a bright city at night with a black sky above, the LEDs behind the black sky can be turned off) creating extremely deep blacks that neither edge-lit LEDs nor conventional fluorescent lights can produce. The only downside is minor blooming around edges that contrast greatly in brightness.
Personally, I'd wait for this year's back-lit LED LCD televisions to be released and see which TV is best. However, with the televisions listed above, the pros and cons (from cnet.com) are the following:
B750
Pros:
Reproduces deep black levels; accurate color, commendable picture uniformity for an LCD; very good dejudder processing; extensive feature set with Yahoo Widgets, network streaming and built-in content; solid connectivity with four HDMI and one PC input.
Cons:
Somewhat expensive; benefits of 240Hz difficult to discern; dark areas tinged bluer; shiny screen can cause reflections in bright rooms; no S-Video inputs.
B6000
Pros:
Produces relatively deep black levels; accurate color; very good dejudder processing; sleek styling with 1.2-inch thick panel; extensive picture controls; extremely energy-efficient.
Cons:
Expensive; less-uniform screen than other LCDs; poor off-angle viewing; backlight fluctuates with program brightness; dark areas tinged bluer; shiny screen can cause reflections in bright rooms; red frame isn't for everyone.
As for the second question, it's uncertain if LED bulbs are the definitive way to solving the problems of current LCD televisions such as poor black levels, however, they are certainly a major improvement over conventional bulbs, and are closer to matching the contrast of Plasma and CRT televisions.
